Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
